We are seeking a dedicated English and Maths Teacher for a Mental Health Recovery School located in Godalming, Surrey. This role involves working with children aged 11-17 who have mental health and trauma-based needs, including those with adverse childhood experiences (ACEs). As a teacher, you will also play a vital role in providing pastoral support and nurturing these vulnerable students.
The position is suitable for teachers with backgrounds in Primary, Secondary, SEN, or SEMH education. Unqualified teachers with relevant experience will also be considered. The school is small, with only 20 students and class sizes of 4-8 students, offering a supportive environment with minimal marking requirements.
