Edex is seeking an SEMH Learning Support Assistant for a vibrant secondary school in Hammersmith and Fulham. The role involves supporting pupils across KS3-KS5 with SEND/SEMH needs, working with an inclusive team and contributing to differentiated learning tasks.

Qualifications

• Psychology graduates seeking roles in education and related fields.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills essential.
• Awareness/experience with SEND or SEMH students is advantageous.

Responsabilités

• Provide support to pupils with SEND and/or Social Inclusion needs.
• Differentiate tasks to suit individual pupil needs and learning levels.
• Assist in small-group and one-to-one teaching sessions.
• Collaborate with inclusion staff, teachers and SLT as needed.
• Engage with CPD opportunities to support pupil outcomes.
