Qualifications

  • Experience working with Social, Emotional, and Mental Health needs (SEMH).
  • Patience and resilience in challenging environments.
  • Experience working with children or adults with disabilities.

Responsibilities

  • Support children in small groups to engage with education and regulate emotions.
  • Assist in managing and guiding behaviours in a PRU setting.
  • Use innovative approaches to motivate pupils and sustain engagement.
