Job summary

Teaching Personnel Ltd. are seeking a Behaviour Support Assistant for a SEMH primary setting in Stoke-on-Trent. You will support pupils on 1:1 and in small groups, helping them regulate emotions, engage in learning and achieve positive behaviours.

The role requires a calm, patient, nurturing approach, with experience supporting children or young people, strong communication skills and a DBS via Update Service or willingness to apply.
