Job summary

Enrich Academy in Wakefield is seeking a Behaviour and Intervention Lead to design, deliver and review targeted programmes for learners with complex SEMH needs. You will work with the senior leadership team, SENDCo, teachers and support staff to implement effective intervention plans and monitor progress.

The role also involves supporting pupils as they move back into mainstream or specialist education, with a focus on ensuring successful transitions and ongoing support for learners’ wellbeing.

Qualifications

• Enhanced DBS check is required.
• Right to work in the UK.
• Experience designing, delivering and reviewing one-to-one or small-group SEMH intervention programmes.
• Ability to support pupils transitioning back into mainstream or specialist education.
