Job summary

NEW COLLABORATIVE LEARNING TRUST is seeking an Intervention Lead to join the Learning Skills Hub in Greasbrough. You will work under the direction of the SENCO to plan and deliver targeted interventions focused on SEMH support, helping students build confidence and resilience.

You will collaborate with teachers and support staff to identify barriers to learning, monitor progress and adapt strategies to enable pupils to reach their full potential in a supportive, inclusive environment.

Qualifications

• Experience supporting SEMH and vulnerable learners.
• Ability to plan targeted interventions.
• Excellent communication with students, staff and parents.
