Job summary

TeacherActive is supporting SEMH settings in Leeds with challenging behaviour Teaching Assistant roles. The position is contracted, with daily pay of £100–£110 and starts ASAP.

You will work closely with teaching and pastoral staff to provide consistent classroom support, manage behaviour, and help pupils stay engaged in learning. Applicants should have SEMH experience and the ability to build positive relationships with pupils, displaying patience, resilience, and adaptability.

Qualifications

• Experience supporting children or young people with SEMH needs.
• Experience working within a school, SEMH setting or alternative provision.
• The ability to build positive and professional relationships with pupils.
• A patient, resilient and adaptable approach.

Responsibilities
