Protocol Education Ltd is recruiting a full-time SEMH Behaviour Mentor to join a specialist provision in Westerhope, Newcastle. The role involves delivering 1:1 mentoring, promoting positive behaviour strategies and supporting emotional regulation to help pupils re-engage with learning.

You will work closely with pastoral teams, build trusted relationships, and support intervention programmes while celebrating progress.

Qualifications

• Experience or exposure to SEMH or behaviour support is beneficial.
• DBS check and safeguarding compliance required.
