Job summary

Protocol Education in Newcastle is seeking a full-time SEMH Behaviour Mentor to join a specialist provision in Westerhope. You will deliver 1:1 mentoring and support students with emotional and behavioural needs.

You will work closely with pastoral teams, promote positive behaviour strategies and help learners engage with the curriculum, building trusted relationships and tracking progress.

Protocol Education is recruiting a full-time SEMH Behaviour Mentor to join a specialist provision in Westerhope. The school supports pupils whose emotional and behavioural needs have created barriers to education and who benefit from strong relationships, clear boundaries and consistent support.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
