Job summary

Teach360 is assisting an SEMH secondary school in Ealing to find a dedicated Behaviour Mentor for a September start. You will support students facing behavioural challenges including ADHD or trauma, delivering 1:1 and in-class support, with supervision during break times. Physical intervention training is desirable.

The role is long-term and based on site in Ealing, with a school-focused environment and a supportive pastoral team. Prior experience in behaviour management is highly valued.

Qualifications

• Experience as a Behaviour Mentor in a school setting is essential.
• Ability to support students with behaviour needs and learning.
• Physical Intervention Training is highly desirable and beneficial.

Responsibilities

• Provide 1:1 support to students with SEMH needs and in-class support.
• Support students during lunch and morning breaks and after school as needed.
• Patrol during lessons to ensure students are in class and manage behaviour.
