Inspire Financial North East in Sunderland is expanding and seeks a Mortgage & Protection Adviser to build a long-term client base. You will work in a self-employed model with access to mortgage and protection leads, backed by an experienced team and opportunities to develop your advisory business.

The role starts with an office-based period, then moves to hybrid or remote work. Generous commission (60/40 in your favour), income potential, and ongoing training support are offered to help you

Are you an ambitious Mortgage & Protection Adviser looking for a business where you can grow, build a long-term client base and maximise your earning potential?

Inspire Financial North East is expanding and seeking a motivated Mortgage & Protection Adviser to join our growing team in Sunderland. We are looking for an individual with the right attitude, ambition and drive to succeed, rather than focusing solely on years of experience.
Operating on a self-employed basis, you will have access to mortgage and protection leads, support from an experienced team and the opportunity to build your own successful advisory business. You'll work closely with a supportive environment that values long-term growth and professional development.
This role offers flexibility once established, with an initial office-based period to help you settle into the business before moving to a hybrid or remote arrangement.
