Job summary

Spire Homecare is seeking a Self-Employed Live-In Carer to support elderly clients in Wiltshire. You’ll work in clients’ homes, delivering compassionate, high-quality care while promoting independence and dignity. Flexible, self-employed role with weekly pay and reimbursement for meals and travel.

Requirements include at least 1 year of live-in care experience, UK work authorization, strong English communication, and suitable references. Driving licence is a plus and training is provided.
