Simon Acres Group is recruiting a Self-Employed Kitchen Designer (Sales Focused) based in London/UK. You will take ownership of pre-booked appointments, from enquiry to design presentation and closing the deal.

You’ll visit homes to survey, design kitchens, provide 3D renders from HQ, present pricing, secure deposits, and upsell optional features. A strong sales track record, a UK driving licence, and a self-employed mindset are essential.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Kitchen Designer within the UK market.
• Strong closing ability with a demonstrable sales track record.
• Commercially driven with a target-focused mindset.
• Excellent negotiation and objection-handling skills.
• Well-presented, professional and customer-focused.
• Full UK driving licence and own car.

Responsabilités

• Conduct in-home client consultations mainly on weekdays during office hours.
• Create inspiring British kitchen designs via drawing; 3D renders and pricing provided.
• Present and sell designs, handle objections, and maintain profit margins.
• Close sales and secure deposits.
• Upsell appliances, worktops and additional features to maximise order value.
• Coordinate with HQ for 3D renders and quotes with deposit information.
• Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets.
