You will drive SME/Commercial growth, build lasting client relationships and lead within an established agency leadership team.

You’ll be based in Ballymena, travel to visit clients, and benefit from NFU Mutual and UFU support to grow a multi-million-pound local business within a farming heritage

• Successful track record of working with SME or commercial clients, blending new business development with client management and account growth.
• People management experience with direct responsibility for staff performance, development and support.
• Strong relationship-building and influencing skills with credibility to engage clients, colleagues and partners.
• Collaborative leadership capable of guiding through others within an established agency leadership team.
• Strong planning and organisational skills to manage priorities and deliver on time.
• Solid commercial awareness to understand business performance and opportunities.
