Job summary

NFU Mutual Ballymena invites you to become a self-employed Partner and lead a high-performing agency with full NFU Mutual backing. You’ll drive new business growth while protecting an existing SME/Commercial client base, with strong renewal rates.

In partnership with UFU and agency staff, you’ll manage a growing client portfolio, recruit and develop staff, and benefit from uncapped earning potential linked to performance.

Qualifications

• Direct work with SME or commercial clients, blending new business development with client management.
• People management experience with performance and staff development responsibility.
• Strong relationship-building and influencing skills with stakeholders.
• Collaborative approach to lead through others within an agency leadership team.
• Excellent planning and organisation to manage priorities and commitments.
• Strong commercial awareness to understand business performance and opportunities.
