Reed Wellbeing is seeking a Self-Employed Health & Wellbeing Coach to deliver NHS Healthier You sessions across Shropshire, Telford and Wrekin. You will run group and/or one-to-one sessions, with a flexible schedule and travel to client sites using your own vehicle.

Salary is £50 per 90-minute session, with 12–20 hours of delivery per week. A valid UK driving licence and access to a vehicle are required; opportunities align with NHS Healthier You programmes.

Qualificações

• Experience facilitating groups and supporting individuals to achieve positive health, lifestyle, or behaviour changes.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills with a person-centred, non-judgemental approach.
• Ability to engage and motivate people from diverse backgrounds with varying levels of health literacy.
• Demonstrable IT skills to use digital platforms and record data for reporting.
• Willingness to participate in induction, supervision, and CPD; travel required.

Responsabilidades

• Deliver NHS Healthier You Programme sessions in group or one-to-one settings.
• Motivate and empower participants to make sustainable lifestyle changes using evidence-based coaching.
• Adapt delivery to diverse needs and create an inclusive environment.
• Monitor progress, conduct reviews, and signpost to local services.
• Participate in training and quality improvement activities.
