Qualifications

• Full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle with business insurance.
• DBS clearance and clean credit history are required.
• Excellent communication, negotiation and conflict-management skills are essential.
• Ability to work independently while collaborating with teams and clients.

Responsibilities

• Enforce court writs on behalf of clients and local authorities.
• Recover debts or seize goods where appropriate and with professionalism.
• Negotiate and agree payment arrangements with empathy and clarity.
• Maintain detailed case records and meet performance targets.
• Represent Engage Services and Marston Holdings with integrity, discretion and fairness.
