Job summary

Comex2000uk is seeking self-employed FTTH engineers to service the Openreach network across the South Central Midlands region. You will handle end-to-end Fibre installation and maintenance, working on overhead and underground PIA networks and delivering to residential and business customers.

Role requires current NRSWA SLG and PIA accreditations, with additional SA001, S8, SA051C, SA002, SA007, S7, N022, SA020, N037, and K008 desirable. Travel up to 1 hour from home may be required.

Qualifications

• NRSWA SLG and PIA accreditations are preferable.
• Experience with both overhead and underground PIA networks.
• Accreditations such as SA001, S8, SA051C, SA002, SA007, S7, N022, SA020, N037 and K008 are highly desirable.

Responsibilities

• Install and maintain telecom services end-to-end on Full Fibre networks.
• Perform network build-outs including overhead lines and underground ducts.
• Complete customer installations at homes or businesses and ensure service works.
• Maintain live network infrastructure and ensure safety of all worksites.
• Record work in the management systems and keep documentation up to date.
