Job summary

Comex-2000 is seeking Self Employed FTTH Engineers to cover the Chilterns region on the Openreach network. You will manage end-to-end fibre installation and maintenance, working on both overhead and underground PIA networks, delivering seamless telecom services to residential and business customers.

Daily tasks include network build-outs, customer installations, and site safety. Travel up to 1 hour from home is expected; relevant NRSWA/PIA accreditations must be current.

Qualifications

• NRSWA SLG and PIA accreditations are required and must be in date at application time.
• Experience with both overhead and underground PIA networks is essential.
• Additional accreditations such as SA001, S8, SA051C, SA002, SA007, S7, N022, SA020, N037, and K8 are highly desirable.

Responsibilities

• End-to-end installation and maintenance of telecom services for residential and business customers.
• Network build-outs including installing overhead lines and subterranean ducting.
• Customer installations and on-site testing to ensure services are working correctly.
• Adhere to safety procedures and maintain clean, safe sites for customers.
