A leading legal services provider in the UK is seeking a Self-Employed Estate Planning Consultant. In this role, you'll manage your own workload while discussing estate planning options with clients, helping them make informed decisions. Successful candidates will have proven estate planning experience, excellent interpersonal skills, and a full UK driver's license. This opportunity offers the flexibility to work locally with clients and earn uncapped commissions.

Qualifications

• Proven estate planning or will writing experience.
• Excellent interpersonal skills with empathy.
• Ability to relay complex legal information simply.
• Confidence and skill in presenting to an audience.
• Enthusiasm for legal products and services.
• Practical IT literacy in remote settings.
• Full UK driver's license with own vehicle.

Responsibilities

• Attend appointments generated by the company.
• Self-generate at least 50% of new business.
• Discuss estate planning products with customers.
• Draft legal documents with support from Co-op Legal Services.
• Deliver talks on legal products to community groups.
• Identify customer needs and take accurate instructions.
• Capture instructions using in-house software.
