Job summary

MaintainRight Ltd is seeking an experienced, fully qualified self-employed electrician to support our growing property maintenance and building services business across Exeter and Devon.

This role involves electrical installations, fault finding, repairs, maintenance, testing and certification in residential and commercial properties, with flexible subcontracting assignments based on project requirements and availability.

Qualifications

• Must be fully qualified electrician with current electrical safety/competent person certificate.
• Self-employed subcontracting experience preferred.
• Applicants must provide own tools, transport and public liability insurance.

Responsibilities

• Electrical installations, fault finding, repairs and ongoing maintenance in residential and commercial properties.
• Testing and certification work across Exeter and Devon.
