Job summary

MaintainRight Ltd in Exeter is seeking experienced self-employed carpenters and joiners to support our growing property maintenance and building services across Exeter and Devon.

This flexible subcontracting opportunity offers project-based assignments with negotiable rates; you must have your own tools, transport, liability insurance, and a proven track record in doors, flooring and refurbishment.

Qualifications

• Experience in carpentry and joinery.
• Own tools, transport, and public liability insurance.
• Ability to operate across Exeter and Devon.

Responsibilities

• Install internal and external doors and fitting.
• Fit skirting boards and architraves.
• Install kitchen components and timber flooring.
• Carry out fencing, decking and general carpentry repairs.
• Support property refurbishment projects.

MaintainRight Ltd is seeking experienced, skilled and reliable self-employed carpenters and joiners to support our growing property maintenance and building services business across Exeter and Devon.

Work may include internal and external door installations, skirting boards, architraves, kitchen fitting, timber flooring, fencing, decking, general carpentry repairs and property refurbishment.

This is a flexible subcontracting opportunity, with assignments offered according to project requirements and availability.
