Smiths News Drivers in Exeter Area is seeking a Self-Employed Driver for early morning deliveries. The role offers up to £45,000 per year, paid weekly, with a £1,000 start-up payment and full onboarding.

Work is 3:00am–9:00am, 7 days, with routes starting immediately and potential to increase earnings with additional routes. Responsibility includes packing, delivering to 20–30 customers, collecting returns, and scanning items at the depot.

Qualifications

• Valid UK or EU driving licence is required.
• Access to a 3.5T van with suitable capacity (1050–1200kg).
• Experience delivering or transporting newspapers is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Pack newspapers and magazines for delivery.
• Follow a dedicated daily route.
• Deliver to about 20–30 customers.
• Collect returns and recycling bags.
• Scan returns at the depot.
