Lifecycle management

As part of Customer Success Services organization, you will get an opportunity in the lifecycle management of the SaaS and PaaS solution-we would leverage your expertise and creativity to innovate business and IT processes, improve product adoption and other aspects of lifecycle management. You may be engaged in assisting customers in their day-to-day queries, create extensions, enrichments to the implemented product, helping them on their journey to cloud, release management activities for quarterly releases and be a part of the customer business teams to enable them to achieve their key business process KPI’s.

What you’ll do

  1. As a Selenium Developer / Test Manager for UK Government Clients, your focus is to deliver automated and manual testing along with subsequent reporting within a secure environment as part of a team of SaaS functional application support engineers.
  2. A main point of contact for customers as part of the monthly and quarterly regression testing cycles you are responsible for providing regression testing output reports along with advice and assistance to internal Oracle employees on testing services.
  3. As a Selenium Developer / Test Manager, you will offer strategic support to assure the highest level of customer satisfaction. A focus is to build/use automated technology and instrumentation to diagnose, document, and resolve/avoid customer issues. You are expected to be an expert member of the technical problem solving/problem avoidance team. Services may require to be provided by on-site customer visits.
  4. Performance Testing and critical process monitoring of the SaaS applications may also be required.

The background you should have for this job

  1. 5+ years’ experience in Software Testing specialising in Automation, Manual and Performance Testing
  2. Expertise in Selenium with Java and No Code automation frameworks
  3. Strong programming skills in Java and Python for test automation and utility development
  4. Proficiency in Performance Testing using LoadRunner, Performance Centre, JMeter or NeoLoad for example.
  5. Experience in API testing using Postman and database management with Oracle.
  6. Skilled in test planning, strategy development, execution and performance analysis
  7. Expertise in monitoring application performance, identifying bottlenecks and optimizing system performance using applications such Dynatrace, AppDynamics SQL optimization.
  8. UK Passport Holder
  9. Minimum 5 years UK residency to meet UK Security Vetting (SC) requirements.
  10. Applying and testing of Oracle Updates
  11. Strong experience in proving support, configuration and extension services activities to UK Govt clients.
  12. Excellent spoken and written English language communication skills.
  13. Ability to work with multiple teams to address client needs.
  14. Demonstrate self-initiative and ability to work independently and unsupervised.
  15. Have hands-on experience in supporting/integrating and extending Oracle SaaS HCM
  16. Expertise in configuring and optimizing applications, and understanding of performance tuning techniques

Responsibilities

Oracle Customer Success Services (CSS) require an experienced Selenium Developer / Test Manager deliver post-sales automated and manual testing to the UK Sovereign and Government Customer Base. The role will involve developing and delivering automated testing and where necessary running manual testing and may also require providing technical monitoring and support from time to time as part of the team of functional subject matter experts in Oracle Fusion SaaS applications.

As a Selenium Developer / Test Manager, you are expected to be an expert member of the problem-solving/avoidance team and be highly skilled in providing manual/automated regression testing services and performance testing. Performing the assigned duties with a high level of autonomy and reporting to management on customer status and technical matters on a regular basis, you will be expected to work with very limited guidance from management. Further, the Selenium Developer / Test Manager is sought by customers and Oracle employees to provide expert technical advice.
