Who is Oracle Customer Success Services?

Oracle CSS helps customers with complex requirements to innovate and optimize their IT environment, ensuring high performance and efficient operation of Oracle cloud applications. Our team supports UK government and commercial customers, focusing on product adoption, lifecycle management, and continuous service improvement.

Responsibilities

1. Deliver automated and manual testing for SaaS applications, including regression and performance testing.
2. Provide testing output reports and advise internal teams on testing services.
3. Develop and utilize automated testing tools and instrumentation to diagnose and resolve issues.
4. Perform performance monitoring and tuning of SaaS applications.
5. Engage with customers and teams to support product adoption and lifecycle activities.

Minimum Requirements

1. 5+ years in software testing with expertise in automation, manual, and performance testing.
2. Proficiency in Selenium with Java and no-code automation frameworks.
3. Strong programming skills in Java and Python.
4. Experience with performance testing tools like LoadRunner, JMeter, or NeoLoad.
5. Experience in API testing with Postman and database management with Oracle.
6. Excellent communication skills in English.
7. UK Passport holder and minimum 5 years UK residency for SC vetting.
8. Hands-on experience supporting Oracle SaaS applications, especially in government contexts.
