The primary purpose of this role is to drive growth and manage a diverse customer and prospect portfolio within your designated territory.

What you’ll do:
  1. Drive growth: Manage a portfolio of larger-profile customers and explore new prospects within Growth Markets.
  2. Build strong relationships: Develop and nurture connections with customers to secure additional business, leveraging your consultative sales approach.
  3. Sales strategies: Create and implement effective sales plans to introduce new opportunities and cross-sell Colt’s services and solutions.
  4. Revive dormant customers: Rebuild relationships with inactive customers by offering tailored solutions that meet their current needs.
  5. Customer engagement: Develop a contact strategy to ensure engagement across all levels within the customer’s organization.
  6. Collaborate & succeed: Work closely with colleagues across functions to deliver the best solutions and services.
What We’re Looking For:
  • Experience in a consultative sales environment (tech experience is a plus or a growth mindset if not).
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills to build rapport with clients.
  • A passion for technology and eagerness to learn about new products and solutions.
  • Ability to adapt and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proactive, results-driven mindset with excellent problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
