What you’ll do:
  • Manage a portfolio of larger-profile customers and explore new prospects within Growth Markets.
  • Develop and nurture relationships with clients using a consultative sales approach.
  • Create and execute sales plans to introduce new opportunities and cross-sell Colt’s services.
  • Re-engage dormant customers with tailored solutions.
  • Develop a comprehensive contact strategy to ensure engagement at all organizational levels.
  • Collaborate with colleagues across functions to deliver optimal solutions.
What We’re Looking For:

Experience in a consultative sales environment, preferably in tech or with a growth mindset.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

A passion for technology and eagerness to learn about new products.

Ability to adapt in a fast-paced environment.
