The Best Connection is recruiting for a Security/Weighbridge Operator to join a busy builder's merchant site in Wheatley. This temp-to-perm role offers stable hours and weekly pay, with day-to-day duties covering goods in/out, weighbridge operations, and on-site security.

You will check deliveries, manage vehicle checks, direct visitors, and maintain accurate site records while delivering friendly customer service in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Experience on weighbridge, gatehouse or security roles is desirable.
• Comfortable handling paperwork and deliveries on a busy site.
• Professional communication with customers and drivers.
• Attention to safety and detail.

Responsibilities

• Manage goods in and out operations.
• Check deliveries and complete paperwork accurately.
• Carry out customer vehicle checks and random spot checks.
• Operate the weighbridge for incoming and outgoing vehicles.
