Job summary

Manpower Group (UK) has a vacancy for a Security Vetting Analyst in Inverness Retail Park. The role involves processing personnel security background checks for staff working for Capgemini, with hours of 37.5 per week.

You will conduct vetting, manage ongoing clearance reviews, analyse investigation reports and ensure compliance with security policies and regulations while maintaining confidential records.

Qualifications

• UK Government National Security Vetting at SC level is required.
• Police vetting at a minimum of NPPV2/CTC would be desirable.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills required.
• Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.

Salary: £14 per hour (Living Wage Employer)
Location: Inverness Retail Park
Hours: 37.5 hours per week, Monday to Friday, between 8am - 6pm

• Manage ongoing security clearance reviews for existing employees and contractors
• Analyse security clearance investigation reports and making recommendations to management
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date security clearance records and documentation
• Collaborate with internal teams and government agencies to ensure compliance with security clearance policies and procedures
• Stay up to date with relevant laws and regulations related to security vetting and clearance processes

What you'll bring

• The successful candidate will be required to undertake UK Government National Security Vetting at SC level. Police vetting at a minimum of NPPV2/CTC would be desirable
• Experience in conducting detailed administration processes
