Job summary

EY UK is seeking a Security Technology Manager to lead the operation, integration and lifecycle of Electronic Security Systems across EY’s UK portfolio. The role coordinates with Real Estate, Global Technology and workplace teams to deliver secure, compliant environments.

Responsibilities include managing ESS configurations, conducting risk assessments, and driving security design specifications, with oversight of multiple concurrent real estate projects and system upgrades.

Qualifications

• Excellent technical knowledge of ESS architecture and operation.
• In-depth knowledge of CCURE & Victor systems or comparable enterprise access control and CCTV products.
• Experience with ACT PRO access control and Avigilon CCTV systems (desirable).

Responsibilities

• 1) Oversee integration of ESS across EY UK portfolio, ensuring functional operation and tactical configuration.
• 2) Ensure compliance with EY minimum baseline standards and security policies in collaboration with workplace teams.
• 3) Conduct TVRA for new locations and prepare operational requirements for security system specs.
• 4) Lead development of office security specifications and design specs for ESS implementations.
• 5) Manage project delivery of new/refurbished offices, including system specification and commissioning oversight.
• 6) Plan and deliver system upgrades and migrations in collaboration with stakeholders and vendors.
• 7) Manage ESS tenders and RFP processes for CCURE & Victor systems, including vendor engagement and evaluations.
• 8) Supervise ESS lifecycle, run system audits, and coordinate interoperability with other security solutions.
