Corps Security (UK) Ltd. is seeking an SIA Licensed Security Team Leader in Milton Keynes to protect property, staff, and occupants of a prestigious client. The role provides a 24/7 supervisory presence and supports the Duty Shift Manager in daily site activities.

You will oversee security staff, maintain high standards, and coordinate incident responses. A full UK manual driving license and prior supervisory experience are essential. 42 hours per week, 4 on 4 off, rotating days and nights.

Qualificações

• Must hold a valid SIA Front-Line.
• A Full UK Manual Driving License - essential.
• Previous experience in a supervisory role.
• Must have at least 3-years' experience in the security guarding sector.
• Excellent IT Skills including Microsoft Software Packages (e.g. Excel).

Responsabilidades

• Support day-to-day management of security staff and ensure proactive, professional conduct.
• Ensure shift teams meet and exceed standards through proactive management.
• Conduct post visits to verify officers carry out duties as expected.
• Act as first responder and inform Duty Shift Manager and client of incidents within contracted times.
• Coordinate incident management and escalate as needed.
• Assist with emergency evacuations and re-occupations with stakeholders.
• Prepare findings using Excel and present to Duty Shift Manager and client.

We are looking for a SIA Licensed Security Team Leader in Milton Keynes to protect the property, staff, and occupants of one of our prestigious clients by providing a 24/7 supervisory presence and supporting the Duty Shift Manager with managing the day-to-day activities of all sites-based Corps security staff. You will work - 42hrs per week, 4on, 4off days and nights, 0600-1800/1800/0600.

• Supporting the day-to-day management of security staff, ensuring the team operates consistently and conduct themselves in a friendly, professional, and efficient manner.
• Ensuring that the expected standards of their respective shift team are not only met but driven to exceed by way of a proactive management approach.
• Conducting periodic post visits throughout each shift to ensure all Security Officers on their respective shift team and carrying out their duties as expected.
• Act as first responder and ensure the Duty Shift Manager, Security Operations Manager / Client are advised of any security-related incident within the contracted response times.
• Incident management, co-ordination and escalation ensuring clear communication and accurate details are provided throughout.
• Support the management and coordination of emergency building evacuations and re-occupation in conjunction with the Duty Shift Manager and the Security Operations Manager (in hours), key stakeholders, and support services, directing building occupants as per current evacuation procedures.
• Support the Duty Shift Manager with the investigation and re-activate purposes using Microsoft applications tools such as Excel. Ensuring all finding are presented to the high standard expected by the Duty Shift Manager, Operations Manager and the client in the format required. Excellent communication skills and a strong customer focus.
• Must hold a valid SIA Front-Line.
• A Full UK Manual Driving License - essential.
• Previous experience in a similar or supervisory role.
• Must have at least 3-years' experience in the security guarding sector.
• Excellent IT Skills including Microsoft Software Packages (e.g. Excel)
• Able to achieve vetting to BS7858 Standards Founded in 1859, The Corps of Commissionaires Management Limited, now Corps Security, was a business initially built to provide employment for ex-servicemen on return from the Crimean War., Please note: These are the key elements of the role and you will be required to carry out other duties.
