Job summary

Active Security are seeking a permanent, full-time Service & Maintenance Engineer to join our Service Team in the Maidenhead and Henley area. You will service intruder alarms, CCTV, and access control systems for a mixed client base, delivering high-quality service and professional customer interactions.

The role involves testing and commissioning, fault finding, routine maintenance, and occasional on-call duties.

Qualifications

• Experience servicing Intruder Alarms, CCTV and Access Control systems in residential and commercial properties.
• Excellent communication skills and a mature, energetic approach.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate and commission security systems to customers.
• Connect and test systems to Alarm Receiving Centres.
• Work unsupervised or as part of a team.
• Find faults and carry out routine maintenance on security systems.
• Participate in the On-Call rota as a duty engineer.
