ABCA Group Ltd in London area seeks an experienced Security biased Project Manager to oversee CCTV, Door Entry, Access Control and Warden Call projects, ensuring delivery on time, on budget and to high quality standards.

You will be the main client liaison, coordinating installation teams and subcontractors from handover to close-out while maintaining safety and compliance.

Formación

• Experience with EACS, IP intercoms, and access control systems.
• Proven ability to manage security installation projects end-to-end.
• SMSTS or IOSH accredited is required.
• Valid UK driving licence is essential.

Responsabilidades

• Conduct site surveys and design system layouts.
• Lead client meetings for pre-starts and handovers.
• Oversee in-house and subcontract labour teams.
• Provide onsite support for Security, CCTV, and Warden Call systems.
• Carrying out additional works and remedial fixes as needed.
• Ensure quality, safety and regulatory compliance through completion paperwork.

Job We are seeking an experienced Security biased Project Manager to join us, based in the London area. This role will be responsible for managing a diverse portfolio of projects across CCTV, Door Entry, Access Control and Warden Call systems ensuring projects are delivered safely, on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

The successful candidate will act as the key point of contact for clients, internal teams, and subcontractors, overseeing projects from initial handover through to final completion and close-out.

Key Responsibilities

As aProject Manager, you'll be at the forefront of delivering security solutions, from inception to client handover. You'll work closely withinstall teams, clients, and subcontractors, ensuring projects run smoothly and to the highest standards.

Project Planning & Coordination
