This hybrid role combines site work on London sites with remote coordination, managing budgets, resources, and stakeholder expectations, while supporting training and career development.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in project delivery within the security systems or building services sector.
• Strong technical knowledge of integrated systems such as CCTV, access control, and intruder alarms.
• Comfortable working with enterprise-level clients and managing multiple stakeholders.
• Strong financial and commercial acumen with P&L management experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead the end-to-end delivery of integrated security projects across multiple London sites.
• Serve as the main point of contact for end users and M&E contractors.
• Manage project budgets, ensuring full commercial responsibility and P&L control.
• Coordinate resources across contracts, including in-house engineers and subcontractors.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth delivery and compliance.
• Oversee system commissioning, quality checks, and handover documentation.

Our client, a leading security integrator, is seeking an experienced Project Manager to drive the delivery of enterprise-level security system projects across high‑profile London and the South.

Position Overview

As a Project Manager, you will take full ownership of the end-to-end delivery of integrated security projects, acting as the primary point of contact for end users and M&E contractors. This pivotal role involves managing project budgets, coordinating resources, and ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to specification.
