Job summary
HVAC Total FM Recruitment is seeking an experienced CCTV & Access Control Engineer to join our growing team in Manchester. You will install, commission, service and maintain CCTV and access control systems across commercial properties, diagnosing faults and ensuring compliance with industry standards.
The role includes out-of-hours call-out and a company van, with a clear training and progression plan. A full UK driving license and relevant security certifications are preferred.
Qualifications
- Proven experience installing and maintaining CCTV systems.
- Experience working with access control systems.
- Intruder alarm experience.
- Strong electrical fault-finding skills.
- Full UK Driving Licence.
Responsibilities
- Install, commission and maintain CCTV systems.
- Install and service access control systems.
- Diagnose faults and carry out repairs.
- Service intruder alarm systems.
- Complete planned maintenance (PPM).
- Reactive maintenance and emergency repairs.
- Complete system upgrades and small project works.
- Ensure all installations comply with current industry standards.
- Complete electronic job reports and compliance documentation.
- Deliver excellent customer service on every visit.
