OCS UK & Ireland is seeking an experienced Security Supervisor to lead a team on site and uphold high standards of security, safety and customer service. You will supervise officers, conduct patrols and risk assessments, investigate incidents, and coordinate with clients and management to ensure service delivery.

The role includes night, weekend, and public holidays shifts, and requires SIA licence, DBS check and right to work in the UK.

Qualifications

• Right to work in the UK and ability to pass enhanced DBS and BS7858 security clearance.
• Valid SIA Licence.
• Experience in security with supervisory responsibilities.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Calm under pressure and decisive in incidents.
• Excellent report writing and incident documentation.
• IT skills with MS Office.
• Organised, detail-oriented and professional.
• Able to work nights, weekends and public holidays.

Responsabilités

• Supervise, support and motivate Security Officers to ensure duties are performed professionally.
• Act as first point of escalation for incidents and security concerns.
• Conduct regular site patrols, inspections and risk assessments.
• Investigate incidents and document actions taken.
• Maintain a visible security presence to deter unauthorised activity.
• Respond promptly to incidents, emergencies and inquiries.
• Liaise with clients, contractors and management to ensure service standards.
• Support training, mentoring and development of security personnel.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements.
• Manage shift handovers, duty allocations and site reporting.
• Complete incident reports and logs accurately and timely.
• Identify opportunities to improve service delivery and efficiency.
