Job summary

Sodexo Ltd is recruiting a Security Supervisor to lead a professional security service at a busy site in Birmingham. The role combines operational responsibility with team leadership to deliver high standards of safety and security.

You will manage daily operations, supervise security officers, conduct safety walks, deliver mandatory training, and liaise with clients and control room teams. A 18+ requirement and SIA licence are noted.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years' security experience in a supervisory role.
• Excellent communication and de-escalation skills.
• DBS and BPSS/BS7858 screening requirements.

Responsibilities

• Lead security officers and oversee daily site operations.
• Respond to incidents and liaise with clients and control room.
• Maintain safety procedures and ensure policy compliance.
