Security

Our Security team ensures a safe, crime-free environment for staff and guests. They handle difficult situations promptly, work closely with all departments, and provide excellent customer service and organizational skills.

The hourly rate for this role is £12.82, with an estimated annual gratuity of £1,722, totaling an on-target earning potential of £13.51 per hour.

About the role

Responsibilities include:

• Providing a safe environment for all clients, visitors, and staff
• Collaborating with the Head of Security on department matters
• Maintaining security equipment and stock control
• Conducting crime investigations with the Head of Security
• Deputizing in the absence of the Head of Security
• Coordinating with police on crime prevention
• Performing patrols using Morse Watchman system
• Carrying out staff, vehicle, and locker searches
• Managing door duties when required
• Responding to incidents and completing reports
• Ensuring compliance with evacuation procedures
• Operating CCTV systems legally and effectively
• Conducting internal investigations as needed
• Handling drugs-related procedures in accordance with policies
