Job Introduction: We currently have an opportunity for a Security Supervisor to join our team in Sudbury. This is a great opportunity for a customer-focused individual who wants to deliver excellent security services to our client and work for a world-leading food and facilities management company, offering excellent career progression opportunities.

As a Security Supervisor, you will oversee all security activities, manage the day-to-day operations of your team, and ensure the safety of buildings, valuables, and personnel through patrols, securing premises, and monitoring activities.

You will also be responsible for managing team performance, including recruitment, training, setting objectives, appraisals, coaching, and supporting team members to meet targets. Join our team and help maintain a secure environment for all!

Responsibilities:

• Greet staff and visitors, ensuring adherence to security protocols
• Monitor premises to prevent rule infractions
• Conduct regular patrols to maintain a visible presence
• Respond promptly to alarms and incidents
• Enforce company policies and procedures
• Complete detailed reports on incidents and observations

Qualifications:

• Valid SIA Licence
• Proven experience as a security officer or similar role
• Strong observational and communication skills
• Ability to handle emergencies calmly and effectively
