Job summary

Staffline, in partnership with G4S, is recruiting a Security Supervisor location Harwell. The role involves supervising security at a modern medical site, patrolling, CCTV monitoring, and incident response. A valid SIA licence (Door Supervisor or Security Guarding) is essential, and a driving licence is required for site access.

Shifts run 07:00–19:00 with a pay rate of £16.17 per hour. On-site role with 5.6 weeks holiday, life assurance, and support for SIA licence renewal are benefits.

Qualifications

• A current Door Supervisor or Security Guarding SIA licence is essential.
• You must be over 18 years of age.
• Good communication skills, both oral and written.
• Previous security experience is desirable, but not essential.

Responsibilities

• Follow all site procedures and security protocols.
• Conduct site patrols and device inspections.
• Monitor CCTV and respond to alarms and incidents.
• Act as the main security point of contact on weekends.
• Write reports and respond to emails promptly.
• Conduct training and testing with staff members.
• Maintain punctuality and assist with shift coverage.
• Report any issues with access control or doors.
• Send out mass notifications during emergencies as required.

We are currently recruiting for an exciting opportunity to join our client's team in

Harwell, as a

Security Supervisor, working at a modern medical company in the area!

Contract Information:

Pay Rate: £16.17 per hour

Shift Timings: 07:00 to 19:00

SIA Licence: Door Supervisor or Security Guarding is essential.

The site is not accessible via public transport for the start and finish times, so you will need to have access to your own vehicle. You will need a manual driving licence.

Your Time at Work

As a Security Supervisor you will be responsible for:
