Park Plaza is seeking a dedicated Room Attendant supervisor to ensure smooth shift operations and lead a team responsible for maintaining spotless guest bedrooms and public areas. You will mentor and develop Room Attendants, empowering the team to enhance the guest experience and respond to guest and colleague needs with professionalism.

• Ensure an efficient operation on the shift and take responsibility for team briefings.
• Focus on checking guest bedrooms and public areas to ensure that high standards of cleanliness are maintained.
• Supervise, mentor and develop the Room Attendants assigned to your section.
• Empower the team to be more involved in the guest experience.
• Listen to the needs of guests and other team members and adapt to meet them.
• Have a courteous and professional attitude with guests and team members.
