Job summary

SER (Staffing) Ltd is seeking an experienced Security Engineer to join a growing team covering London and the M25 corridor. The role focuses on installation, servicing and maintenance of electronic security systems across commercial sites, with a company vehicle and OT/bonus potential.

The successful candidate will install CCTV, intruder alarm and access control systems, perform fault-finding, upgrades and small works, and work both independently and as part of a team.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Security Engineer.
• Strong experience in CCTV, intruder alarms and/or access control.
• Good installation, service and fault-finding skills.
• Experience with Axis, Hanwha, Galaxy, Texecom and Paxton would be advantageous.
• Excellent customer-facing and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage your own workload.
• Full UK driving licence.
• A professional approach with a strong focus on quality and customer service.

Responsibilities

• Carrying out fault-finding, diagnostics and repairs.
• Completing small works, upgrades, modifications and system expansions.
• Working with systems including Axis, Hanwha, Galaxy, Texecom and Paxton.

• Working independently on site while also being part of a skilled and supportive engineering team.

We're looking for an experienced Security Engineer to join a growing and well-established team, covering London and the M25 corridor.

This is a great opportunity for an engineer with strong service, maintenance and installation experience across electronic security systems. You'll work with a range of high-profile commercial clients and varied sites, while having the support, equipment and training needed to develop your career.

The Role

As a Security Engineer, you'll be responsible for the installation, servicing, maintenance and small works of electronic security systems across commercial and private client sites.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Installing, servicing and maintaining a range of CCTV, intruder alarm and access control systems.
• Carrying out fault-finding, diagnostics and repairs.

What We're Looking For
