Job summary

Bidvest Noonan Group is seeking Retail Security Officers for a high-end retail store in the UK. The role focuses on delivering impeccable customer service while maintaining safety and security across the premises.

The successful candidate will patrol internally and externally, operate CCTV systems, and report incidents. Full training will be provided, with on-going benefits, holidays, and a pension scheme. A strong commitment to safety is essential.

Qualifications

• SIA Door Supervisor/Manned Guarding license is required.
• CCTV license is required (within 3 months).
• Valid UK driving licence is required.
• First Aid certification is preferred.
• IT skills are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Patrol on site and surrounding areas to maintain safety and security.
• Operate CCTV systems to identify suspicious activity and capture evidential footage.
• Report security incidents or system failures to Line Management.
• Ensure compliance with SIA, company and client procedures and protocols.
• Provide professional service and maintain high levels of customer satisfaction.
• Support first aid responses when needed.

An exciting opportunity to work alongside one of our most prestigious clients has arisen, Bidvest Noonan are seeking to hire Retail Security Officers to work in a high end retail store

This role would suit someone who is committed to providing impeccable customer service, organised, energetic and someone who always goes above and beyond within their role. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing retail security to our client’s premises ensuring full protection to the site along with other security elements.

Responsibilities:

• Reinforce our vision to always be our clients "partner of choice";
• Ensureclient premises and surrounding area is safe and secure by carrying out patrols internally and externally on site and permitting only authorised personnel;
• Proactivelyoperate CCTV cameras to identify suspicious activity and capturing footage of an evidential nature if required;
• Advise Line Management of any security occurrence or system failure and identify and report any situation of potential risk or concern
• Comply with SIA, Company and client operating procedures, working practices and protocols;
• Actively contribute towards the achievement of our strategic and operational targets and overall business aims.
• To provide a professional service and ensure total customer satisfaction
• First Aid response
• Full training will be given to the successful candidate
