Oxford Health NHS Foundation Trust is seeking a health and safety professional to join the Health, Safety and Security team at sites in Oxford and Aylesbury. You will support a secure mental health environment and may bring experience from health and safety, police, prison service or armed forces.

We will train you for the ward environment and ensure best practice in safety and wellbeing. You will apply See, Think, Act v3 to safety within assigned wards, contribute to staff training, and liaise

Responsabilidades

• You will be responsible for the safety within your assigned wards, using the See, Think, Act version 3 as a framework.
• You will be involved in security awareness training of all clinical professionals within the service, where training will be provided.
• You will be required to liaise with staff at all levels and to demonstrate a dedicated approach in providing a high quality service. DBS check will be undertaken as part of onboarding.
