Job summary

Amthal is seeking a Project Coordinator to drive successful delivery of installation projects from planning through completion in a hybrid role based in St Albans. You will coordinate technicians, subcontractors, equipment and schedules, ensuring safety, timeliness and financial targets are met while maintaining strong relationships with customers and internal teams.

The role requires proactive organization, excellent communication, and the ability to manage competing priorities with integrity

Qualifications

• Proactive, organised and customer-focused team member with excellent communication and time-management skills.
• Comfortable managing competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Confident working independently and using your initiative.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate technicians and subcontractors to ensure works are delivered on time and within targets.
• Schedule works and monitor technicians to meet financial and operational targets.
• Communicate with clients providing a seamless customer experience and project updates.
• Liaise with supply chain to organise equipment for projects on time and within budget.
• Complete O&M manuals on project completion.
• Assist with invoicing and financial forecasting with the installation manager.
• Manage background administration to keep projects coordinated.
