GreensafeIT is seeking a vigilant Security Operative to protect staff, premises and assets across the site. You will monitor visitor activity, respond to incidents and ensure security procedures are followed to maintain a safe environment.

The role requires thorough patrols, CCTV monitoring, access control and timely reporting to the Security Manager. A professional, observant approach and calm decision-making are essential for success on day shifts.

Qualifications

• Previous security experience preferred.
• Able to monitor premises and respond to incidents.
• Proficient with CCTV/alarms and access control systems.

Responsibilities

• Conduct regular patrols of the premises to secure doors, windows and gates.
• Monitor CCTV and alarms; respond promptly to incidents and breaches.
• Verify identities and issue passes; manage entry/exit points.
• Complete daily/weekly security checks and report hazards to the Security Manager.
• Assist in emergencies and follow security procedures.
