Sodexo is seeking an experienced Security Operations Leader to manage day-to-day security activities on site in the United Kingdom. You will lead the security team, plan rotas, onboard new officers and deliver training while maintaining high standards of professionalism and client focus.

You will oversee access control, CCTV, patrols, incident response and ongoing safety reporting. The role requires flexibility for shifts, including nights and weekends, and a customer-focused approach.

Qualifications

• SIA licensed (Door Supervisor or Security Guarding)
• Experience supervising a security team in a busy site
• Ability to manage shifts, rotas and cover
• Experience supporting onboarding and development of colleagues
• Strong incident-management and problem-solving skills
• Good knowledge of access control, patrols and security procedures
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Capability to engage with clients and staff at all levels
• Good IT skills and accurate record-keeping
• Calm, decisive under pressure and customer-focused

Responsabilités

• Lead day-to-day activities of Security Operations team.

• Prepare and manage staff rotas and cover.
• Lead onboarding and induction of new officers.
• Deliver training and conduct competency checks.
• Carry out annual performance and development reviews.

• Coordinate responses to incidents and emergencies.
• Ensure professional incident reporting and records.
• Maintain health & safety records and risk assessments.
• Support audits and adherence to site policies.
