We are partnering with a growing UK bank to find a Security Operations Manager (VM) to join their team. This role is ideal for someone passionate about maintaining the security and resilience of critical infrastructure.

You will lead initiatives in vulnerability management, disaster recovery, SOC performance, and contribute to the company's cyber resilience goals.

Role responsibilities:

• Leading infrastructure security and resilience across cloud and on-premises environments.
• Managing a team of Security Analysts.
• Owning and developing the vulnerability management program (Tenable experience preferred).
• Ensuring a strategic obsolescence management plan aligned with IT budgets.
• Serving as a key escalation point for security incidents and SOC performance issues.
• Developing disaster recovery plans and coordinating with cross-functional and third-party teams.

Requirements:

• Extensive experience in Cyber Security and Infrastructure, especially with SOC providers.
• Hands-on experience with vulnerability management tools like Tenable.
• Experience managing hardware/software/cloud lifecycle and end-of-life processes.
• Proven leadership in managing technical teams.
• Strong stakeholder management and problem-solving skills under pressure.
• Hybrid working model (1 day in the office per week).
