Job summary

NHBC is seeking a Security Operations Manager to lead a team of Security Analysts and oversee critical security technologies across hybrid environments. You will drive threat monitoring, incident response, vulnerability management and secure-by-design practices while engaging with internal teams and external partners.

The role requires experience in operational security leadership and strong stakeholder management.

Qualifications

• Experience leading security operations in hybrid or outsourced environments.
• Strong technical expertise with Defender, SIEM, XDR/EDR and cloud security tools.
• Proven incident response leadership and cyber investigations experience.
• Understanding of enterprise, cloud and SaaS/IaaS security.

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day operational security, ensuring threat detection and response.
• Manage SOC relations, internal tech teams and third-party suppliers.
• Drive threat monitoring, vulnerability management and secure-by-design initiatives.
• Develop incident response processes and oversee DLP investigations.
