Job summary

Qualifications

• Strong knowledge of security operations and common cyber threats.
• Experience working with SIEM and EDR tools.
• Experience managing or leading a team.
• Knowledge of the MITRE ATT&CK framework.
• Strong communication skills and the confidence to work directly with clients.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of Security Engineers and ensure high-quality service delivery.
• Build strong relationships with customers and act as their technical point of contact.
• Provide incident updates, technical guidance and remediation advice.
• Deploy, maintain and improve security tools.
• Develop automations to improve security operations and incident response.
